Dina

Dina has been with Mattituck-Laurel Veterinary Hospital for nearly five years, bringing with her an impressive background of almost 40 years in animal care. She began her career in a kennel setting and quickly advanced into a veterinary technician role, where she discovered her passion for hands-on patient care. Throughout her career, Dina has developed a deep understanding of animal behavior and medical support, making her a highly trusted and experienced member of the team. She is especially known for her dedication to special needs and geriatric pets, often being the go-to when it comes to adopting and caring for animals who need a little extra love and attention. Her calm, compassionate approach helps ensure that every patient feels safe and well cared for, and her dedication to animal welfare makes her an invaluable part of our hospital. Outside of work, Dina enjoys fishing, camping, spending time with her three dogs, Philly, Pearl, and Pearl, and motorcycling, and especially loves road trips with her oldest dog Pearl on the back of her motorcycle.
