Ray is the newest member of the MLVH team, joining as a Customer Support Representative. She brings a strong background in customer service and is excited to begin her journey with MLVH. Passionate about connecting with people, Ray is thrilled to apply her experience within the animal care field. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of her own dog, she was inspired to be the kind of compassionate support person who helped her during that difficult time. She looks forward to learning something new each day and takes pride in supporting both clients and their beloved pets with kindness, empathy, and care. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending quality time with her parents and her two brothers. She also loves getting lost in a good book—reading is one of her greatest passions and her favorite way to relax and recharge.
