Stephanie joined Mattituck-Laurel Veterinary Hospital in August of 2023. She holds an Animal Science certificate from BOCES and brings previous experience in retail, which has helped shape her strong customer service skills and natural ability to connect with clients. As one of our Customer Service Representatives, Stephanie is known for her positive attitude, reliability, and the genuine care she shows to both clients and their pets. She is truly loved by both her teammates and the clients she serves, and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment throughout the hospital. As a bilingual team member, Stephanie is also able to communicate with and assist a wider range of clients, helping ensure everyone feels comfortable and understood. Stephanie is currently attending Stony Brook University, where she is pursuing a degree in English with a minor in professional writing. Her love of animals has always been a central part of her life, and she especially enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Cocoa and Reeses, who are the loves of her life. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, running, and trying new things.
